  • Evaluate customer requirements and ensure alignment with mill capabilities.
  • Conduct metallurgical investigations, including root‐cause and failure analyses.
  • Lead product trials and report findings to operations and leadership.
  • Support customer visits, technical reviews, and product performance evaluations.
  • Review and maintain procedures, specifications, job aids, and SAP SKU configurations.
  • Analyze production data to monitor performance and recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical support to operations during routine production and problem‐solving.
  • Assist with cost‐justification efforts for equipment or process changes.
  • Stay current with industry technologies and share best practices across the organization.
  • Support quality system requirements including audits, calibrations, and corrective actions.
