Event Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Event Laborers to assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can perform physical labor, and are committed to helping create successful events for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport event equipment, tables, chairs, tents, etc.
• Set up and arrange event spaces according to event layouts and client specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
• Provide general support to event staff as needed.
• Tear down and pack equipment following event completion.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with clients and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous event setup, moving, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license
