Location: Louisville, KY

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Start Times Between 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

Snelling Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate for a growing building materials company in Louisville. This position is responsible for making local deliveries to customers while providing excellent customer service and assisting with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes.
The ideal candidate will have driving experience, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to work both on the road and in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck or sprinter van vehicle for local deliveries.
• Load, unload, and deliver products, materials, and supplies to customer locations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Utilize navigation systems and delivery documentation accurately.
• Assist with receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing inventory within the warehouse.
• Support warehouse operations approximately 20-40% of the workweek.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable driving expereince of a box truck
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive movement.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
