Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Temporary Project with Potential for Temp-to-Hire

LK Jordan & Associates is currently seeking a Client Retention & Reactivation Specialist for one of our valued clients in Round Rock, TX.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with customers, and helping businesses reconnect with previous clients. If you're outgoing, organized, and comfortable making outbound calls, we'd love to speak with you!
Responsibilities
-Contact inactive, former, and existing customers by phone and email
-Reintroduce customers to the company's products and services
-Learn why customers have not recently utilized services and accurately document feedback
-Encourage customers to restart services or schedule future business
-Build positive customer relationships while identifying new opportunities
-Maintain detailed customer records, notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM system
-Provide customers with information regarding services, ordering processes, turnaround times, and company contacts
-Escalate pricing questions, technical concerns, and customer issues to the appropriate department
-Follow approved call guides and email templates while creating personalized customer interactions
-Prepare reports summarizing outreach efforts, customer feedback, and reactivation opportunities
Qualifications
-Previous experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Sales Support, or Administrative Support
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Comfortable making outbound phone calls and sending professional follow-up emails
-Strong listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs
-Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and CRM software
-Positive attitude with a professional and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with customer retention, customer success, or client reactivation
-Lead generation or outbound account follow-up experience
-Experience working with business-to-business (B2B) customers
-Familiarity with CRM or ERP software such as Salesforce or Acumatica
-Experience in a service-based or compliance-driven industry is a plus, but not required
