Payroll Administrator

Great Benefits!! Wisconsin based company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to become part of their large team!

Must have experience with commission/bonus based payrolls with varying pay plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple locations, including commission based and flat rate pay structures
• Utilize various software applications and Excel spreadsheets
• Post payroll to the general ledger and reconcile payroll related schedules
• Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and responding to employee inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive payroll data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing with a strong understanding of commission based pay.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Excellent organizational skills and team oriented
• Basic accounting knowledge is helpful
