Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Stockroom Associate to support warehouse and product handling operations in a team-based environment. This role involves performing product support duties following established procedures related to raw stock, parts identification, shipping, receiving, stock handling, and clean operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and issue materials and parts
• Identify and handle raw stock and components accurately
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness
• Perform stock handling and material movement tasks
• Follow established procedures and work instructions
• Operate basic material handling and packaging equipment as required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of product support, warehouse, or related experience (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
• Basic computer and terminal operation skills
• Ability to operate material handling or automated packaging equipment (training provided if needed)
• Must meet OSHA safety requirements
• Manual dexterity required
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, forms, and specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Work Environment:

This role is based in a stockroom/warehouse environment and may involve standing, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift.
