Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Prologistix is seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in GMP environments and strong organizational skills.


Position Overview

The Pharmaceutical Pre-Production Coordinator acts as a key liaison between Project Management and Packaging Operations. This role ensures all packaging documentation, batch records, and materials meet cGMP standards, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Label Control, and Package Engineering teams to gather project documentation
  • Create and manage batch records using project source documentation, including:
    • Primary & secondary labeling
    • Kitting and assembly processes
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Item Master records
    • JD Edwards Router, BOMs, and Work Orders
    • Purchase Orders and GSA setups
  • Generate and manage Change Orders and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure documentation is delivered accurately and on time (Right First Time)
  • Coordinate materials related to purchase orders, including zero-dollar POs
  • Partner with Label Designers to obtain item numbers and randomization materials


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred
  • Minimum 1 year in pharmaceutical or related industry preferred
  • Experience with:
    • Batch record creation
    • Packaging, labeling, and assembly processes
    • Clinical trial material preparation and distribution
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar systems
