Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
• Assist applicants throughout the leasing process
• Process rental applications, background screenings, and lease documents
• Collect rent payments, security deposits, and application fees
• Maintain strong relationships with current residents by providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate community updates and property information
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional community environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of apartment leasing experience (Required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional phone etiquette
• Weekend availability preferred, as weekends are our busiest leasing days

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following property management software is a plus:

• Yardi
• MRI
• OneSite
• ResMan
• BlueMoon
