Employee will serve as the primary point of contact, creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless patient experience from first contact to follow-up. Manage complex scheduling, data entry, facilitate direct patient-provider communication, and streamline administrative tasks, freeing clinicians to focus on medicine.

***Excel in customer service

*Knowledge of insurance

*Telephone triage

*Organized with ability to multi-task

***NextGen experience

*Internal Medicine experience preferred

*Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the medical field

***Prompt and reliable

*Able to work a fulltime schedule (8am-5pm or 7:30am-4:30pm)
