We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in patient registration and insurance verification who is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Ensure medical necessity compliance
• Post patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff
• Support daily patient access and registration functions
  

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification
• Referral experience
• Previous patient access, patient registration, or medical office experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• High School Diploma or GED
