Your New Role

As a Plumbing Service & Sales Technician, you will serve residential customers throughout Woodland, CA, and nearby communities by providing plumbing repairs, maintenance, and replacement solutions while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

• Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations safely and efficiently

• Explain findings and present service recommendations clearly to homeowners

• Deliver professional, courteous customer service during every visit

• Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle

• Follow company safety policies and industry best practices

• Travel to customer locations within the local service area

• 1 to 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience discussing repair and replacement options with homeowners is preferred

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and occasional weekends or emergency service calls, based on business needs

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces when necessary
