- 1st Shift: $19.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $20.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour
- Earn an additional $1.00/hour after successfully completing the company's forklift certification program.
- Overtime opportunities available.
- Full-time (40+ hours per week)
- Overtime available during peak seasons
- Up to 6 days per week as needed
- Must be flexible to work different shifts during training
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Split shifts may be scheduled during peak production:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift.
- Complete daily forklift inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with inventory counts, sampling, warehouse organization, and general housekeeping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Support seasonal shipping and receiving operations while meeting quality standards.
- At least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferred
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Previous forklift certification is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to accurately count inventory and read measuring scales
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Lift up to 60 pounds
- Perform repetitive lifting and material handling
- Work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures
- Safely operate forklifts in tight warehouse spaces
