• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS required
• 1 - 2 OR cases per day and 7 patients per day at clinic
• EVH, CABG, TAVR, AAA, AVR, MVR chest tubes, thoracic cases and bedside procedures
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
