Plumbing & Heating Supervisor

The Supervisor for Plumbing and Heating oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems across both residential and commercial properties. Balancing office and on-site responsibilities, this role leads teams of 1-7 members to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and superior customer service. Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and service of HVAC/R systems for residential and commercial sites
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions
• Coordinate and lead teams of 1-7 technicians to optimize job performance
• Consult customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations
• Provide technical training and guidance to team members
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and equipment conditions
• Manage tools, diagnostic equipment, and materials for efficient operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in HVAC/R supervision
• EPA Section 608 Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with HVAC system installation
• Proficient in technical blueprint reading
