Freedom Plumbers & Pumpers is looking for a reliable, motivated CDL Class A or B Driver ready to build a high-paying career. You don’t need prior septic experience, we provide full, hands-on paid training to help you become a Licensed Health Department Pump Truck Operator.

What You’ll Do:
Operate & Drive: Safely drive and position our commercial Class B septic pump trucks.
Field Operations: Assist specialists with septic pumping, residential/commercial system maintenance, and inspections.
Support Underground Trades: Help team members with underground plumbing repairs, installations, and jobsite cleanup.
Fleet Care: Perform basic pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles and tools stay sharp and safe.
What You Bring (Requirements)
Licensing: Valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record. (Tanker endorsement is a major plus).
Age: Must be 21+ years old (for commercial vehicle insurance requirements).
Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical outdoor labor (digging, pulling/moving heavy hoses, and lifting 50–80 lbs regularly).
Location: Reliable daily transportation to our shop yard in Marshall, VA.
Attitude: A strong work ethic, a focus on safety, and a desire to learn a valuable trade.
Previous construction, route driving, plumbing, or mechanical experience is a bonus, but not required—we will train the right person!
