Join a Growing Upscale Farm-to-Table Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team of a highly regarded upscale farm-to-table restaurant known for its seasonally inspired cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and commitment to quality. What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members while supporting long-term employee growth.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to help the team succeed.

Guest Experience

  • Deliver an outstanding dining experience by maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Build lasting guest relationships through genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Lead by example on the restaurant floor during service.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service execution.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to maintain seamless front- and back-of-house communication.
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and operational planning.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and company operating standards.
  • Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and overall restaurant performance.

Financial Performance

  • Assist in managing labor costs and daily operating expenses.
  • Support restaurant sales growth through outstanding hospitality and operational consistency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous Restaurant Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Proven leadership experience developing and motivating hospitality teams.
  • Experience working in high-volume restaurant environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead confidently and effectively during busy service periods.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Preferred

  • Experience in upscale casual, polished dining, farm-to-table, or chef-driven concepts.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and service excellence.
  • Demonstrated career stability and a consistent record of leadership success.
