TMCO is currently hiring skilled Welders for our 1st and 2nd shift team.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficient in MIG and TIG welding across various materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, stainless)
Ability to independently set up and operate welding equipment
Able to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Experience using standard welding tools and equipment (grinders, clamps, measuring tools)
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow verbal and written work instructions

Job Duties

Perform welding tasks in multiple positions and directions as required by project specifications
Operate grinders or other tools to clean or finish welded joints for functionality or cosmetic purposes
Inspect and clean welds to ensure they meet visual and dimensional standards
Follow established safety protocols while working with welding equipment and hot materials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
