Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying payment accuracy, reconciling accounts, and supporting daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills / Non-Negotiables:
- Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
- Experience with invoice processing, vendor management, and payment reconciliation
Strongly Desired Skills:
- Automotive dealership or automotive accounting experience preferred
- Familiarity with accounting systems and Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
