Sales Representative / Showroom Sales Coordinator

BasikWall is a growing wholesale supplier specializing in premium aluminum glass doors, windows, and architectural systems for retailers, builders, and contractors throughout the DMV area.

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Representative to join our office/showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is organized, is eager to learn technical products, and wants long-term growth in the construction and architectural products industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in showroom customers and contractor inquiries
• Follow up with sales leads and customer quotes
• Communicate with builders and contractors
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and order follow-ups
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders and scheduling
• Learn product knowledge for aluminum doors, windows, and related systems
• Maintain professional customer communication through phone, email, and messaging

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, showroom, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and responsive
• Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Construction, cabinet, flooring, window, or related industry experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of approximately $58,000 per year
• Paid time off (PTO)

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Some Saturdays for showroom appointments
