Position Summary
Edgewood Dining, Events & Golf is seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to serve as a Bartender/Server. This position combines front-of-house service with leadership responsibilities during opening shifts. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
•\tAs Bartender/Server
•\tProvide friendly and attentive service to all guests
•\tTake and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
•\tPrepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards.
•\tMaintain the cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
•\tProcess customer payments efficiently.
•\tEnsure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
•\t1–2 years of bartending or serving experience (required).
•\tPrior management or shift lead experience (preferred).
•\tExcellent communication and customer service skills.
•\tStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•\tProfessional appearance and demeanor.
•\tMust be 21+ with appropriate alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
•\tAbility to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs.
Schedule & Compensation
•\tMorning and daytime shifts available.
•\tMust be available on weekends and holidays.
•\tCompetitive hourly wage plus tips.

The facility is town-owned, but managed by an LLC. The GM and Event coordinator will interview eligible candidates. We prefer to hire locally - within 25 miles for less employee travel time.
