Non-CDL Warehouse Driver

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Warehouse Driver to support daily warehouse operations This role is responsible for accurately picking, loading, and delivering HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, a valid driver's license, and an active DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to customer locations.
• Load, unload, and secure products for transport.
• Verify orders for accuracy before delivery and obtain customer signatures as required.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping warehouse inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery vehicle.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Card (required).
• Previous warehouse and delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete delivery documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
