What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years managing in a fine-dining, luxury hospitality, or Michelin-caliber environment.
• Leadership: Strong floor presence with the ability to lead, mentor, and train a service team on strict standards.
• Operations: Solid understanding of food/beverage menus, guest relations, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Systems: Proficient in POS, reservation platforms, Avero, R365, and Google Suite.
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
