This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping patients regain mobility, improve strength, and achieve greater independence through high-quality rehabilitation services.

Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and provide patient-centered care that supports successful recovery outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous SNF or post-acute care experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
