Position Description
We are hiring a dedicated and patient-focused Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Sonora, CA. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve communication, swallowing function, and overall independence through individualized therapy services.
As an SLP, you will work collaboratively with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and support successful recovery outcomes.

- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification preferred
- SNF or post-acute care experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills
