We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations in Melbourne, Florida. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for visitors while keeping phone and administrative workflows organized. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for guests and callers, helping ensure the front desk runs smoothly each day.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous manner and guide them to the appropriate person or area.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, respond to incoming calls promptly, and direct inquiries to the correct department or staff member.
• Maintain an orderly reception area and support efficient day-to-day front office operations.
• Provide front desk assistance such as handling check-ins, general information requests, and basic concierge-style support.
• Process electronic payments accurately and follow established procedures for recording transactions.
• Monitor incoming messages, route communications efficiently, and escalate urgent matters when needed.
• Assist with scheduling, administrative coordination, and other clerical tasks that support office functionality.
