Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with active certification for the state of California
- Experience in school-based OT, preferably across grades K-12
- Confidence with fine motor and sensory intervention strategies
- Capable of managing a 40-45 student caseload independently
- Adaptable to working across two locations with consultative services as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to a K-12 caseload, focusing on fine motor and sensory needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators and families for student success
- Provide consultation for select students; manage without COTAs
- Travel between Angles Camp and Copperopolis sites as scheduled
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
