- Leading product launches through the stage gate process, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to bring products to market.
- Defining product positioning, value propositions, key features, and customer benefits to ensure alignment with market needs and company growth objectives.
- Supporting product strategy and stewardship throughout the lifecycle, including market positioning, pricing recommendations, competitive differentiation, and SKU transition planning.
- Partnering closely with sales, marketing, R&D, packaging, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to align commercial goals with product development and launch execution.
- Owning commercial readiness for each launch, ensuring product messaging, pricing, packaging direction, and go-to-market requirements are clearly defined and executed.
- Coordinating operational activities such as production timelines, supply planning, production trials, and launch milestone tracking.
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to drive product improvements, innovation, and long-term portfolio strategy.
- Supporting lifecycle management activities to help transition products smoothly into market while minimizing operational disruption and excess inventory.
- Have prior experience in product management, product marketing, operations, or a related field—ideally with regulated or technical products (must have).
- Can translate customer or market needs into product positioning, features, pricing, and commercialization strategies (must have).
- Have experience coordinating cross-functional projects from development through production or market launch (must have).
- Possess a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market positioning, and go-to-market execution (must have).
- Bring experience in plant healthcare, horticulture, arboriculture, turf, agriculture, or related green industry markets (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and shifting priorities (must have).
- Have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and can coordinate effectively with technical and operational teams (must have).
- Exhibit excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach (must have).
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with project management software is a plus.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (must have).
