Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (4-Day Workweek)
Pay: Starting at $19.21 per hour
We're looking for dependable, motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality molded products by operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting an efficient manufacturing process.

What You'll DoProduction Operations- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently following established work instructions
- Manufacture products that meet quality, safety, and production standards
- Rotate between multiple workstations after completing training
- Load materials, monitor production, and ensure equipment is operating properly
- Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective action
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain attention to detail while meeting production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production schedules
- Assist in training and supporting other operators as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple production processes
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
