Title: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Duration:6+ Months Contract
Location: Carlsbad CA 92008
Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Entry level. flexible on start time within business hours. Some potential to extend end date or convert.
Interviews: 1 round of interviews. In-person preferred but may do Teams.

Summary
This position is NonExempt.
Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. B.S. degree in life science with laboratory coursework directly applicable to duties.
Additional entry-level or internship experience in a laboratory setting is beneficial.
Molecular biology experience, such as PCR and DNA extraction, is a plus.
Design and execute research under guidance. Analyze, interpret, and report study data with strong organizational skills.
Able to perform laboratory calculations. Perform reagent testing.
Must have basic computer skills (word processing and spreadsheet).
Good communication and interaction with other team members and other groups
