Express Employment Professionals Dayton South, West Carrollton is now hiring a Office/Shipping Clerk. We are looking for someone who possesses BOTH of these skillset.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the department mailboxes of customer inquiries and new incoming spare part and consumable orders.

• Create order in service max for non-store related consumable sales
• Pull parts and consumables from the shelf documenting change in stock levels. Verifying physical count is correct.
• Create all customs documents for LA shipments including EEI form, BOL and packing slips for shipments
• Utilize the UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping computers to ship up to 100 packages per day
• Following company policies and procedures for inventory control and packaging, including safety measures
• Log all incoming shipments (spare parts return and shipments for internal personnel)
• Measure, cut and prepare conveyor and aquiline material for shipment
• Operator forklift to move equipment or unload deliveries (must be forklift certified)
• Share in the responsibility of the return of spare parts from the field updating service max with usage information.
• Coordinating with other staff members to develop storage and retrieval systems that maximize space efficiency and security of materials in the warehouse

Education Requirements

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired.

• 1-2 years' experience in shipping
