Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Special Education Teacher – K–12
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Full-time
Contract: upcoming school year

We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support K–12 students in the Boston area. These full-time contract positions provide an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized instruction to K–12 students with diverse learning needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student

Collaborate with general education staff, parents, and specialists to ensure student progress

Monitor and assess student performance, adjusting instructional strategies as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable regulations

Qualifications
Valid state certification in Special Education

Experience working with K–12 students with diverse learning needs

Strong understanding of K–12 curriculum and instructional strategies

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain a supportive learning environment
