  • Inspect windows during assembly to detect defects, remove faulty parts, and ensure proper functionality before packaging.
  • Follow production and assembly line processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Measure and verify components to confirm they meet specifications and tolerances.
  • Perform general labor tasks related to production, assembly, and material handling as needed.
  • Operate basic machinery or equipment associated with the assembly process, as trained.
  • Read and follow simple blueprints or work instructions when required.
  • Support construction- or remodeling-type tasks related to product assembly and installation where applicable.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all safety procedures and use of PPE.
  • Adapt to different tasks within the shop and participate in cross-training for other production roles.
Essential Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Reliable work habits and ability to follow instructions and established processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Background in general labor, mechanical assembly, construction, or remodeling is beneficial.
  • Experience working on an assembly line or in a production facility.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions.
  • No formal certifications required.
Why Work Here?

You will join a stable, growing manufacturer that offers a consistent four-day production schedule with the opportunity for overtime on Fridays during busy seasons. The organization provides a complete benefits package along with bi-annual sales bonuses and an annual profit bonus, which have together averaged the equivalent of a significant hourly increase over the last two years. You will work in an environment that values talent development and internal advancement, with structured opportunities to grow your skills and progress within the company. The employer supports continuous improvement through training seminars that encourage both personal and career development and provide opportunities to network with others. The company is actively engaged in the local community, supports local organizations, and collaborates with the city on responsible growth, reflecting a culture that values contribution and long-term partnerships.
