Customer Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating across procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and delivery
• Track progress and maintain accurate records within the ERP system
• Communicate timelines, updates, and potential delays to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Oversee shipping/logistics and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor milestones, maintain invoicing schedules, and process billing
• Handle purchase orders, quotes, sales orders, and vendor invoicing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in purchasing, project coordination, or account management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting functions (invoicing, purchasing, etc.)
• Experience in construction is a plus

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• Employment Type: Contract to Hire
• Compensation: $26-30/hr.
• Location: Garland, TX 75042
