Seeking a skilled Drywall Hanger to support the installation and finishing of drywall systems in modular office and workspace units. This role is responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and installing drywall panels to meet production standards and project specifications. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, experience in construction environments, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and hang drywall panels for walls and ceilings.
- Secure drywall to metal or wood framing using screws or nails.
- Cut openings for fixtures such as windows, doors, and vents.
- Ensure proper alignment and fit of all drywall installations.
- Inspect surfaces for quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- 1+ years of drywall hanging or general construction experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team setting.
- Experience in finish carpentry is beneficial.
- Knowledge of drywall finishing techniques.
Indoor production/shop setting in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with standard work hours and potential for overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aumsville, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
