Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Windsor, CO. This role works in a fast-paced production environment and is responsible for material movement, waste management, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the production floor
- Manage waste streams using dumps, hoppers, and roll-off bins
- Safely dump hopper contents into designated containers
- Break down pallets and materials using tools such as a sawzall
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all site-specific and workplace safety protocols
- Support production team needs to ensure efficient workflow
- Prior forklift operating experience in a production or industrial environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- Experience handling industrial waste streams is a plus
- Ability to safely use tools such as a sawzall
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently
- Pay: $24–$26/hour
- Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Plus every other Thursday
- Industrial/production setting within a manufacturing facility
- Fast-paced environment with frequent movement and equipment operation
- Requires standing, lifting, and operating machinery throughout the shift
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
