Forklift Operator – Production Environment

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Windsor, CO. This role works in a fast-paced production environment and is responsible for material movement, waste management, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the production floor
• Manage waste streams using dumps, hoppers, and roll-off bins
• Safely dump hopper contents into designated containers
• Break down pallets and materials using tools such as a sawzall
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all site-specific and workplace safety protocols
• Support production team needs to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Prior forklift operating experience in a production or industrial environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
• Experience handling industrial waste streams is a plus
• Ability to safely use tools such as a sawzall
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $24–$26/hour
• Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Plus every other Thursday

Work Environment

• Industrial/production setting within a manufacturing facility
• Fast-paced environment with frequent movement and equipment operation
• Requires standing, lifting, and operating machinery throughout the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
