Company Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking dependable Furniture Assemblers to support daily production and assembly operations. This role involves building, installing, and inspecting furniture components using hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment. Ideal candidates are detailoriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Furniture Assembly — Assemble furniture components according to drawings, diagrams, or production instructions.
- Tool Operation — Use drills, screwdrivers, impact tools, clamps, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measurement & Fitment — Measure, align, and adjust parts to ensure proper fit and structural integrity.
- Quality Inspection — Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, defects, and craftsmanship.
- Material Handling — Move, stage, and organize materials and completed products.
- Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in furniture assembly, cabinetry, woodworking, or similar handson roles
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read basic drawings, diagrams, or assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow stepbystep processes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical, repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
Work Environment
- Fastpaced production or warehouse setting
- Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Use of tools, wood, hardware, and assembly materials
COMPENSATION: $14-$15 DOE
**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
