Hourly Pay: $22.00/Hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30pm-12:00am Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Stanchfield, MN

• Machine Operation — Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily output goals.

• Material Handling — Load raw materials, monitor machine cycles, and ensure proper material flow.

• Quality Inspection — Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part accuracy.

• Machine Adjustments — Perform minor machine adjustments to maintain product specifications.

• Documentation — Record production data, inspection results, and machine performance.

• Mechanical Aptitude — Ability to understand machine functions and basic troubleshooting.

• Manufacturing Experience — Prior machine operation or production experience preferred.

• Measurement Skills — Ability to read and use precision measuring tools.

• Blueprint Reading — Ability to interpret basic part drawings (preferred).

• Reliability — Strong attendance and consistent work performance.
