Position Overview

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $22.75/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to manufacture metal components according to specifications

• Load and unload materials, including tubs, bins, and parts

• Perform die changes and machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality

• Inspect parts, verify measurements, and ensure accuracy of production output

• Read and scan production paperwork, apply labels, and maintain accurate documentation

• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures

• Support continuous production flow by keeping pace with machine cycles and team needs

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Positive attitude and reliable attendance
