• Competitive pay rate of $20.00/hr
• Consistent first shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

• Assembling and constructing boxes according to company standards and specifications
• Inspecting boxes for defects and ensuring quality before use
• Labeling boxes and preparing them for shipment
• Collaborating with warehouse and production staff to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Loading, stacking, and organizing finished boxes for shipment
• Performing additional packaging or warehouse duties as needed

• Have previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Are able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Possess basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Can regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Are team-oriented with good communication skills
• Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and support production goals
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent
