Modine in Lexington, VA is hiring Assemblers to support production operations. In this role, you will build and assemble components using drawings, tools, and work instructions while rotating across multiple stations.

Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret dimensional drawings and blueprints
- Assemble units including casings, frames, and A-coils
- Use hand and power tools such as:
- Impact guns
- Pliers
- Wrenches
- Route wiring and connect sub-assemblies
- Rotate between workstations as needed
- Inspect parts and identify/report defects
- Track and record completed work
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
- Experience in assembly, production, or general labor
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic blueprint or drawing interpretation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience with assembly line operations
- Experience in brazing or welding
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience
- Competitive pay with shift differentials

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.23 - $25.73/hr.
