Job Description
A well-established and highly respected boutique litigation firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain meaningful litigation experience while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid/remote work environment and a collaborative, low-turnover culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses
- Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated matters
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience handling discovery, law and motion, and client communications
- Ability to manage deadlines while working independently

• At least 2 years of litigation experience as a licensed attorney.
• Active attorney license with the ability to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated strength in legal writing, including drafting motions, briefs, and other substantive filings.
• Hands-on experience taking and defending depositions in civil litigation matters.
• Working knowledge of discovery processes, court procedure, and case development from inception through resolution.
• Background in business litigation, civil litigation, or construction-related disputes is strongly preferred.
• Consistent career history that reflects strong reliability and commitment.
• Interest in long-term career growth, including the potential to advance toward partnership.
