Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Afib; congenitive heart failure; partially blind and deaf. Needs some help with walking so he doesn't sit all day. Needs help with diaper changes, clothing changes and bathing. About the care needs: Someone that is understanding and patient. Someone that understands elderly care and knows what to do if he falls etc. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
