Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I have a couple that is absolutly a delight. Husband would like to be able to take is boat out fishing for the day as its been 3 years. Wife needs someone in home as she has PNES disorder. She has saftey messures. Very fun lady. Needs a buddy to make sure she is safe while navigating in home. We are looking for a whole day! About the care needs: Needs to be calm, when "episodes" happen its completly random. Have to be comfortable positioning when episodes happen such as sit up in wheel chair. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
