Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a great nanny/sitter for 1 child in Syracuse. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping such picking up whatever toys/messes are made while working. I would prefer a nanny/sitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets, and who is CPR certified. I am looking for someone consistent for the next 2 to 3 months and about once a week.
