Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny/ mothers helper for our 1-year-old son. We would prefer someone who can sustain entertainment mostly without a screen and include outdoor time. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. You need to have history of providing care for little ones. If everything works out - we are currently expecting twins in October and would eventually add them to the rotation of care.
