Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and dependable part-time caregiver for our 3-month-old daughter. Responsibilities include feeding, changing diapers, playing during wake windows, reading, tummy time, and helping with naps. I work from home and will be available if needed, but am looking for someone who can confidently care for her during working hours. Our daughter loves eating, sleeping, tummy time, and books. Infant experience is preferred. We hope to find someone warm, attentive, and nurturing to care for her.
