Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Klamath Falls - Full-time / Part-time

This is my disabled father's home; it is very dirty and smells strongly of cat urine. There are a total of 11 cats in the house. If someone is kind enough to help him feed his cats and give them fresh water, that would be greatly appreciated. He has caretakers, but they are not doing their job and he is living in filth. I live in another state and cannot clean it myself.
