Job Description\nWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for both inpatient and outpatient care at a rehabilitation center. This role requires a proactive approach to patient care and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. \n
- Implement therapy interventions to achieve rehabilitation goals. \n
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. \n
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. \n
- \n
- Must hold a current Colorado Physical Therapist license or a compact PT license. \n
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. \n
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred. \n
