Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide perioperative care to patients in a 28-bed surgical unit.
\n
• Utilize advanced equipment such as TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci systems.
\n
• Perform a range of surgical procedures including Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, and Cardiothoracic.
\n
• Ensure accurate documentation with Meditech EMR systems.
\n
• Coordinate with the surgical team for patient safety and care.
\n
• Fulfill on-call duties with a 30-minute response time.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1-year acute care OR RN hospital experience required.
\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory.
\n
• Experience with DaVinci Robotics highly preferred.
\n
• Orthopedic, neurology, and vascular experience strongly preferred.
\n
• Proven prior Meditech EMR system experience advantageous.
\n
• Strong communication skills with staff and providers.
\n
