Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Alexandria, Virginia.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Requirements
- Active RN License
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- Must be able to read and interpret cardiac rhythms/telemetry strips
Schedule & Call
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Call Required: Every 3rd week and weekend
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Weekends and holidays are covered through the call rotation
Unit Details
- Approximately 8 cases per day
- No floating required
- EMR: Epic & Mac-Lab
- Facility provides Maroon scrubs
- 1-week department orientation
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Cath Lab experience
- Comfortable with invasive cardiac procedures
- Experienced in rhythm interpretation and emergency cardiac care
- Flexible with call requirements
